FITNESS TESTING

Before commencing training it is essential to determine an individual’s fitness levels through the process of fitness assessment & testing. The main components of fitness to be tested are - Body Composition, Cardiovascular Fitness, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility and Posture analysis. From the results I can determine what type and intensity of training will suit the individual and will also serve as reference to evaluate and monitor progress.
