As a Personal Trainer I'm always on the go, have erratic working hours and long days, nothing wrong with that, its just the nature of the beast and I wouldn't have it any other way. But I would find it hard to sustain my energy and concentration for work and workouts without a few sneaky power naps during the week (when I have the luxury of time of course).
On researching it more I found the Pro's far out weighed the Con's and people of all occupations and walks of life can take advantage of the benefits of power naps.
Just a 20 min Nap can....
