Decline Dumbbell Press


  • Lying on decline bench with legs locked in

  • Start with arms fully extended, holding dumbbells firmly

  • Lower dumbbells past lower chest towards armpits

  • Squeeze pectorals as you push the dumbbells back up

  • Get assistance loading dumbbells if possible
