Calf Raises On Smith Machine


  • Set bar across the back of shoulders

  • Place balls of feet on the edge of a step

  • Slowly lower heels all the ways towards the floor

  • Slowly raise heels all the ways up & squeeze calves at top

  • Controlled tempo throughout, no bouncing
