Barbell Squats

Instructions

  • Set barbell across the back of shoulders

  • Feet wider than shoulders & tows pointing outwards

  • Slowy lower the weight until knees reach 90 degrees

  • Control the weight on way down & drive back up

  • Keep knees out & chest up during the squat phase
