Military Sit-Ups


  • Lying on mat, fix feet under non-moveable object, knees bent

  • With hands by sides of head, curl body towards knees

  • Slowly return just resting body/head on mat for split second

  • Controleld tempo throughout

  • Progress this exercise by using incline sit-up bench
