Dumbbell Flyes


  • Lying on flat bench, feet on ground, back supported

  • Arms extended, palms facing each other, hold dumbbells above face

  • Slowly lower arms/elbows towards floor until a stretch is felt in chest

  • Return to starting postition squeezing the pecs at top of movement

  • Keep a slight bend in elbows with a fluid movement throughout
