Instructions

  • Sitting with good upright posture postion & feet planted

  • Hold handles firmly & press upwards under control

  • Lower handles level to sides of face & repeat

  • Keep elbows trackong under handles throughout

  • Controlled tempo & breathing, reduce weight if needed
