Shoulder Press On Smith Machine


  • Sitting on upright bench, keep posture strict & feet planted

  • Unlock the bar carefully & press upwards under control

  • Lower the bar just under chin level keeping the bar close to the face

  • Keep elbows out & tracking under the bar throughout

  • Controlled tempo & breathing, reduce weight if needed
