Incline Barbell Press

Instructions

  • On Incline bench, feet planted, back & shoulders supported

  • Hand placing on bar – elbows at 90 degrees

  • Lower the bar towards collar bone, stopping 2 inches above

  • Extend arms, returning bar to starting postion & repeat

  • Controlled tempo throughout
