Incline Leg Raises


  • Lying on incline, head on high end & feet towards ground

  • Holding the bench firmly, knees slightly bent & feet together

  • Raise legs off floor, raise until hips slightly lift off the bench 

  • Return feet to just above the floor & repeat

  • Progress to hanging leg raises over time
