  • Sitting with good upright posture postion shins under bar/roller

  • Lift the bar/roller slowly extending the knee to full lockout

  • Return to starting position slowly owering the bar/roller & repeat

  • Squeeze the quads at the top and feel a stretch on the way down

  • Controlled tempo, no swinging the body, reduce weight if needed
