Barbell Bench Press

Instructions

  • Flat bench, feet planted, glutes & upper back suported

  • Hand placing on bar – elbows at 90 degrees

  • Lower the bar to touch middle of chest

  • Extend arms, returning bar to starting postion & repeat

  • Controlled tempo throughout
