Straight Arm Pull Downs


  • Kneeling in front of the cable station, tilted forward at the hips

  • With arms kept straight, hold the bar tightly above head level

  • Slowly press the bar towards the floor stopping near the knees

  • Slowly return to starting position fully extending the arms above head level

  • Controlled tempo & straight arms throughout
