Military Press


  • Standing with split base - one leg in front & one behind

  • Clean barbell to neck, while looking up push bar directly overhead

  • Return bar to neck stopping just under the chin & repeat

  • Keep core tight & back straight throughout

  • Can also be done seated on a short seated bench
