Dumbbell Triceps Extension


  • Standing, knees soft, core engaged and tight

  • Hold the dumbbell with your hands firmly under the head of the dumbbell

  • Keeping the elbows pointing out, slowly lower the dumbbell behing the head

  • extend the arms back to starting postion, fully locking elbows out

  • Controlled tempo throughout & squeeze triceps at the top
