Dumbbell Concentration Curl


  • Sit on edge of bench with feet apart & one arm supporting

  • Firmly place back of upper arm into inside of thigh

  • Holding dumbbell tightly, slowly curl towrards shoulder

  • Squeeze biceps at the top & control the stretch on way down

  • Repeat on both sides & keep form strict, no body movement
