Barbell Box Squats


  • Set box/steps to just below knee height

  • Feet wider than shoulders & tows pointing outwards

  • Slowy lower the weight until glutes to touch the box/steps

  • Controlled tempo, dont bang off the box/steps

  • Keep knees out & chest up during the squat phase
