Barbell Triceps Extension


  • Lying flat on bench, holdong barbell over eye level

  • Bend at the elbows, slowly lowering barbell to forehead

  • Extend arms back to starting postition over the eyes

  • Keep form strict, avoid letting the arms drift outwards

  • Controlled tempo throughout
