Russian Twists


  • Sitting in "deck chair" postion with ankles crossed & feet elevated 

  • Holding a weight firmly & keeping back and lower back engadged

  • Rotate the weight from side to side with a fast but controlled pace

  • If lower back is weak try resting heels on the floor 

  • Decrease difficulty by lowering weght or use body weight
