Weighted Step Ups

Instructions

  • Standing close to box/steps with one foot on top, knee at 90 degrees

  • Slowly lean into eleveted leg being careful not to use other leg to assist

  • Drive foot down raising the body slowly until leg fully extended then return to floor

  • Repeat until required reps completed then change leg

  • Start with body weight & increase difficulty by holding heavier weights
