Shoulders

Instructions

  • Standing upright bring one arm across the body

  • Keep the arm straight & curl the other arm around it

  • Pull the arm close to the body and hold firmly

  • Alternate and repeat on other arm/shoulder

  • All stretches to be held for 20-30 seconds
