Lying Dumbbell Extensions


  • Lying flat on bench, hold dumbbells palms facing each other

  • Bend at the elbows, slowly lowering dumbbells past ears

  • Extend arms back to starting postition & repeat

  • Keep form strict, avoid letting the elbows drift outwards

  • Controlled tempo throughout & squeeze at the top
