Incline Sit-ups

Instructions

  • Sitting on incline bench, legs locked in, hands by head

  • Starting from lying position, slowly curl up towards knees

  • Return to starting postion under control & repeat

  • Add in a twist to target sides/obliques 

  • Incline can be adjusted to increase/decrease difficulty
