Flat Dumbbell Press

Instructions

  • Lying on flat bench, feet firmly planted, back and shoulders supported

  • Start with arms fully extended, holding dumbbells firmly

  • Lower dumbbells past sides of chest until a stretch is felt 

  • Squeeze pectorals/chest as you push the dumbbells back up

  • Get assistance loading dumbbells if needed
