Dumbbell Incline Curl


  • Sitting on bench with appox 5 degree inlcined angle

  • Start with arms by sides fully streched towrads the floor

  • Curl dumbbells towards shoulders, moving slightly outwards

  • Squeeze biceps at top of movement & stretch biceps on way down

  • Keep shoulder blades on the bench at all times
