Sessions are up to 60 minutes in duration and are structured specifically to achieve your goals. Based in Limerick City operating in Energize Health Club, Strand Hotel, Ennis Rd www.strandhotellimerick.ie . You don’t have to be a member of the club to train with me and you can avail of some perks lockers, shower rooms, towels, free parking and discounted memberships.
In-Home training is a great option for the busy individual who can't make it to the gym but still wants to improve their health and fitness. I will bring the equipment needed and we will train in a space in your home. Prices will vary on distance to the clients home.
With todays level of technology its more easy to stay in touch via Smart phones, Messenger apps, Skype and email etc. This means that my Clients can contact me at any stage if they need any added information or support to help with their health & fitness goals. Basically you can keep on track of your physical, fitness & nutritional goals no matter where you are.
Online coaching sessions via Skype are a convenient option which are 30 mins in duration with flexible times to suit the client.
Buddy training is an option for two individuals with similar health and fitness goals. Split the cost and have a fun workout with some friendly competition whilst motivating each other to achieve your goals! Prior to training we will all meet for a consultation. Please enquire for more details.

The main components of fitness to be tested are - Body Composition, Cardiovascular Fitness, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility and Posture analysis. From the results I can determine what type and intensity of training will suit the individual and will also serve as reference to evaluate and monitor progress.
