Tricep & Lats


  • Standing upright, reach one arm behind body, palm to back

  • With the other arm reach up & slowly pull arm behind head

  • Increase stretch by sowly leaning body to the side

  • Alternate and reapet on other arms/side

  • All stretches to be held for 20-30 seconds
