Upper Back


  • Standing upright, reach arms ahead, link fingers with palms facing body

  • Push arms ahead as if being pulled away from body

  • As the arms stretch forward open up the scapula/shoulder blades

  • Also try rotating hands so palms face awa from body

  • All stretches to be held for 20-30 seconds
