I am based in Limerick City operating in Energize Health Club, Strand Hotel, Ennis Rd You don’t have to be a member of the Club to train with me and you can avail of special client perks such as free parking,Towels, complimentary usage of club facilities post session.

Sessions are up to 60 minutes in duration and are structured specifically to achieve your goals. Buddy Training is another option for 2 individuals with similar goals, Split the cost and motivate each other to achieve your goals! I offer FREE initial fitness assessment and consultation prior to beginning training. 


    In-Home Personal Training is an excellent option for the busy individual that does not have the time to make it to        a Gym. If you have your own In-home Gym or if you have no equipment at home then that is No problem! 

   I will bring the equipment to you and train you in the space you have available at your home. Sessions are up to               60 minutes   in duration and prices vary on distance to clients location.

Before commencing Training it is essential to determine an individual’s Fitness levels through the process of Fitness Assessment/Testing. The main components of fitness to be tested are - Body Composition, Cardiovascular Fitness, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility and Posture analysis. From the results I can determine what type and intensity of training will suit the individual and will also serve as reference to evaluate and monitor progress. 


With todays level of technology its more easy to stay in touch via Smart phones, Messenger apps, Skype and email etc. This means that my Clients can contact me at any stage if they need any added information or support to help with their health & fitness goals. Basically you can keep on track of your physical, fitness & nutritional goals no matter where you are.

Personal one to one consultations online via Skype are another option which are 30 mins in duration with flexible times to suit the client. 


APGfitness has commenced mid-section fitness classes at Energize Health Club Studio every Monday @ 7;30-8pm. HARD-CORE will be focusing on Abdominals, Core and lower back for a full mid-section ripping workout. Its open to everyone with a drop in rate of €4. Contact me for more details.
